When using these scrubs do not take container into the shower or use wet hands in the container.

 

Scoop out what is needed with spoon or dry hands first into a separate container, to reduce the risk of contaminating or possible mold and bacteria in the container, remember this contains real sugar. 

 

Take a small amount and gently massage in a circular motion on arms, legs, upper and lower torso, NOT recommended for the face. External use only. Keep in cool dry place, 65 degrees or cooler.

 

We make handmade small batch cold process soaps, scrubs, lotions, bath bombs, and more.

 

That means no two items will be identical, colors, designs, fragrance strength, size, and weight, may all vary slightly due to the curing process, however that has no effect on product or ingredient quality, and will remain the same in all our products.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thebath_house@yahoo.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Product

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

 

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at thebath_house@yahoo.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
